Admissions Overview
At Ebenezer Marcus Matriculation Higher Secondary School, we welcome students who are eager to excel academically and grow in a disciplined, value-based environment.
Admission Availability
Fresh admissions are primarily offered for:
LKG (Lower Kindergarten)
Class XI (Higher Secondary)
Admission Criteria
LKG: Admission is based on a child-friendly interaction/interview with the child and parents.
UKG to Class IX: Admission is based on performance in the entrance examination, subject to seat availability.
Class XI:
Priority is given to students of our school.
External applicants are considered based on seat availability and their Class X Board Examination marks.
Documents Required for Admission
Parents must submit the following original documents along with photocopies:
Transfer Certificate (TC)
Birth Certificate
Community Certificate
Conduct Certificate from the previous school
Recent Passport-Size Photographs
Previous Academic Mark Sheet
Residential Proof (Ration Card or Bank Passbook Copy)
Admission Schedule
December – January: LKG Application Forms Available
February: LKG Interviews
March – April: Entrance Examinations for UKG to Class IX (subject to vacancies)
May – June: Class XI Admissions
Admission Schedule
Existing students receive priority for admission to Class XI.
The decision of the school management regarding admissions is final.
As per the applicable education regulations, admissions are not permitted directly into Class X and Class XII through school transfer.
